  • If you want to make greater and faster improvements in your chosen sport through appropriate fitness training
  • If you want to lose fat and tone up but never seem to get there
  • For rehabilitation from an injury needing safe progressive exercise
  • If you want to get back into shape following child birth
  • As maintenance to keep fit and healthy in the most effective way

What is involved?

  • Starts with a free initial consultation and assessment to make sure it is safe to proceed and to discuss goals and objectives
  • After signing up you will then be provided with an exercise plan to drive towards the agreed goals
  • One to one personal exercise instruction
  • Regular monitoring of progress towards goals
  • As part of the ongoing plan, guidance on nutrition and general health

How much does it cost?

  • The basic cost is £40 per hour of 1 to 1 training received
  • Inclusive of work done outside of training time. E.g full weekly exercise program design, nutritional analysis etc.
  • Discounts may be available. Please discuss with your local trainer.
